Frequently asked questions
Which audio formats are supported?
TrackShow supports MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A, MP4 and MOV. For video files, the audio track is extracted automatically.
Where is my audio stored?
Your audio stays on your device at all times. TrackShow does not upload your files to any server.
What is included in Premium?
Premium unlocks 4K Ultra HD export, all color presets, and all cover designs. It is a monthly auto-renewable subscription at €5.99/month.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → TrackShow → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Can I restore a previous purchase?
Yes. Open TrackShow, go to the Export tab, tap "Restore Purchases" and sign in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
The export is taking a long time — is that normal?
Rendering is done entirely on your device. Longer tracks and 4K resolution take more time. Keep the app in the foreground during export for the best performance.
My audio is not loading — what should I try?
Make sure the file is not DRM-protected. Try exporting it from your DAW as a plain MP3 or WAV. If the problem persists, send us the file format and device model via the email below.
